Ana Đurović

She has led initiatives in organizational transformation, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration, guiding teams through knowledge transfer and performance improvement. She has applied practical solutions to complex organizational challenges, fostering collaboration across diverse teams and international partners.

Ana holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Belgrade, with a thesis on “Transformation of Organizational Culture and Knowledge Transfer in International Acquisitions”, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Montenegro, with a thesis on “WTO and SRJ”. She is also the author of “Leadership in the Era of Digital Transformation and Disruptive Innovations”, sharing insights on modern leadership and organizational change.

Ana is a licensed lobbyist and a certified Women on Boards Montenegro leader, shaping leadership and strategic decision-making across corporate, private, and governance sectors.

She is also certified Professional Coach (ECA), NLP Master and Trainer (IANLP), certified in Insights MDI personality assessment and interpretation, and a Points of You Explorer trainer.

Her international experience includes participation in cross-border EU-funded programs, including the regional
HealthTech Venture Builder Program, where she contributed as an active participant, collaborating with multi- disciplinary teams and supporting the development of strategic start-up initiatives.

Through Brain Code and her professional engagements, Ana applies practical experience, international exposure, and structured methodologies to support organizations in implementing process improvements, fostering cross-team collaboration, and advancing leadership development, operational resilience, and sustainable practices.
