As Global Credit Risk Director at VisionFund International, she leads the organisation’s credit risk strategy across Latin America, Africa, Europe and Asia, shaping frameworks that safeguard mission integrity while enabling disciplined, sustainable growth.
Svetlana’s executive background includes serving as CEO of Monte Credit, where she delivered sustainable growth, spearheaded transformative change, and built stronger institutional systems and leadership capacity. As CEO of VisionFund AgroInvest, she directed strategic projects in Serbia and Montenegro, including digital transformation, funding acquisition, and consolidated audit coordination. She has also served on Boards including the European Microfinance Network, KosInvest, MicroEurope, and the Civil Aviation Authority of Montenegro.
