Melanija is a C-level executive with over a decade of leadership experience and more than 20 years of expertise in the building materials and furniture industry. As General Manager of JAF Serbia, part of the international JAF Group, she leads a complex organization and is responsible for driving strategy, growth, and operational excellence across sales, production, logistics, finance, and human resources.
She holds a Master of Architecture Engineering (M.Arch.Eng) degree and an MBA, combining deep technical knowledge with strong business and management expertise. This unique combination enables her to successfully connect architecture, materials, and commercial strategy, delivering measurable business results.
Throughout her career, Melanija has been recognized as an expert in her field, with a strong track record of leading high-impact transformation projects, including significant investments in production, infrastructure, and showroom development. Her work consistently focuses on improving profitability, optimizing operations, and strengthening market positioning in competitive environments.
Her core expertise includes B2B business development, supply chain optimization, and financial controlling, with a particular emphasis on margin management and performance-driven decision-making. She works closely with international stakeholders and headquarters in Austria on strategic planning, financial governance, and the implementation of digital and organizational transformation initiatives.
