Bojan Jevtic
Bojan is an accomplished real estate expert with over 18 years of experience, having held key positions in several renowned companies. Over the course of his career, he served as Country Manager at Coreside Savills, Strategy Director at Marera Property Management, and Regional Head of Office Agency at the Serbian branch of Cushman & Wakefield.
Prior to that, he spent more than 12 years at CBRE, where he advanced to the role of Head of Office Advisory. Bojan played a pivotal role in executing some of the most significant transactions in the market, including property sales exceeding €340 million in value and the successful closure of over 230,000 square meters of lease transactions.
He is recognized for his systematic approach, high level of professionalism, and ability to integrate market insights into clients’ operational and investment strategies. His expertise spans both local and regional market dynamics across Southeast Europe, with a particular focus on Serbia. Bojan holds a degree in International Business from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Belgrade. At Avalon Real Estate, he plays a key role in shaping and executing the company’s business strategy, with the goal of positioning the firm as one of the leading players in the market.
