In her current role, Sibell drives business growth, oversees departmental performance, and ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality advisory services. She has a strong track record of building high-performing teams, expanding client portfolios, and implementing strategies that enhance client experience while ensuring full compliance with EU-aligned regulatory frameworks, including governance, transparency, and risk management standards.

Prior to this, she served as Branch Manager at TEB Bank, where she improved sales performance, strengthened client relationships, and optimized branch operations. Her earlier roles further developed her expertise in financial analysis, portfolio management, and client acquisition.

Sibell holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Management of Financial and Information Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Public Policy from RIT Kosovo. She has received multiple awards recognizing leadership, portfolio growth, sales performance, and customer service excellence.
