Marko Škuletić

Marko holds a Bachelor’s degree from Lincoln Memorial University and a Master’s degree from Eastern Kentucky University in the United States. His time in the U.S., including professional experience in San Diego, helped shape his international business perspective and approach to cross-border collaboration.

Over the past two decades, he has worked closely with international investors, developers, and multidisciplinary teams, supporting complex projects through both pre-development and development phases.

For the past nine years, Marko has led a company providing investment-related services for real estate and hospitality developments, in partnership with an international developer and architect with extensive global experience. The firm operates as the regional extension of a development and architectural practice founded in Paris in 1988, bringing international expertise and multidisciplinary capabilities to projects across Montenegro and the Western Balkans.

Marko remains actively engaged in initiatives that promote regional cooperation, investment dialogue, and sustainable development across the Western Balkans.
