My name is Marilda Salla. I operate at the intersection of technology, talent, and transformation - bringing together my experience in HR, communications, and entrepreneurship to solve the gap between business needs and emerging professionals across Europe. As the founder of Erudite Academy Albania, I’ve built a forward-thinking platform dedicated to career development, workforce training, and tech and finance recruitment.
Through this work, I’ve supported hundreds of individuals and organizations in navigating an increasingly complex job market, while creating a thriving community that connects young professionals with meaningful opportunities in the European market.
My career spans multiple sectors, including HR, training, translation, and visa services, each step driven by a constant push to grow beyond my comfort zone. I’m particularly passionate about sourcing and developing talent for the tech industry, helping businesses find the right people while empowering professionals to build future-proof careers.
Beyond that, I serve as Albania Country Chair for G100 Impact Startups, where I contribute to fostering innovation, supporting and advancing initiatives that empower and elevate women in entrepreneurship and leadership. I’ve been honored as a finalist at WomenExpo by UN Women and later selected as a startup mentor for UN-led initiative experiences that reflect my commitment to leadership, mentorship, and impact.
Whether mentoring startups, speaking at events, or building talent ecosystems through Erudite Academy, I’m driven by a clear mission: to create pathways for growth, connect ambition with opportunity, and shape a more inclusive and dynamic future of work.
