After transitioning to the private sector, I joined the Čelebić Group, where I have held a series of senior roles across different companies within the organization. These positions have provided me with broad expertise in corporate governance, legal affairs, and strategic decision-making. Today, I serve as Vice President for Legal and Corporate Affairs, overseeing regulatory compliance, legal processes, and the alignment of business strategies with corporate objectives. At the same time, I hold the position of CEO of one of the Group’s project companies, where I lead operations and drive growth initiatives. This dual role allows me to combine strategic oversight with hands-on executive leadership, ensuring both legal integrity and business success across the Group.

In addition, I am an independent member of the Board of Directors of Generali Montenegro Insurance, owned by Generali Assicurazioni, one of the leading insurance companies in the world. I also hold a license as a tax advisor, which further confirms my expertise in the fields of finance and taxation, as well as my ability to provide high-quality support in complex business processes.
