His professional development spans leading institutions across the US, Luxembourg, Greece, and the UK.
Throughout his banking career, Dragan held executive and board-level positions at Stopanska Banka AD Skopje (NBG Group) and Nova Banka AD Banja Luka, where he led divisions responsible for treasury operations, risk management, corporate lending, and payment systems. These roles established his reputation as a trusted decision-maker in high-stakes financial environments.
As CEO and Founder of Fina Consulting, Dragan has built a strong track record delivering strategic financial and management consulting to a diverse client base. His international project portfolio includes engagements with USAID, UNDP, and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, through which he has facilitated over €8 million in business financing and supported the preparation of investment loan packages totalling above €25 million.
A sought-after trainer and evaluator, Dragan has assessed more than 10,000 business plans and delivered targeted financial training programs to SMEs across the region.
