Silvana Kulla is an Albanian-Italian entrepreneur, industrial strategist, and founder of Si-Mac Group, one of the leading industrial technology groups operating across Albania, Kosovo, and North Macedonia. With nearly two decades of experience in the mechanical engineering and industrial automation sectors, she has built a strong reputation for driving innovation, digital transformation, and sustainable industrial growth throughout the Western Balkans.
As CEO and Founder of Si-Mac Albania, Silvana has successfully developed a highly structured sales, service, and training organization specialized in advanced woodworking technologies, industrial automation, and smart manufacturing solutions. Under her leadership, the group has become a key strategic partner of international manufacturers and a reference point for Industry 4.0 technologies in the region.
She is also the founder of the Si-Mac Training Center, an initiative licensed by the Ministry of Finance and Economy, focused on professional education, technical specialization, and workforce development for the industrial sector. In addition, she is owner of Eurocol Service Sh.p.k. and co-founder of Si-Mac Kosovo and Si-Mac Maqedonia, expanding the group’s regional impact and operational presence.
Silvana combines strong entrepreneurial vision with international academic and executive training from Australia, Italy, and leading global business programs. She is currently completing an Executive Master in Global Operational Excellence with AI and Emerging Technologies at H-FARM Business School in Italy.
