Her professional background spans quality assurance, operations, and executive leadership roles, including experience as General Manager of a medical services company, where she managed business development, procurement, and cross-sector healthcare projects. 

Dora’s work is strongly focused on building partnerships and enabling market growth. She has extensive experience collaborating with international companies, institutions, and key stakeholders, supporting market entry strategies, distribution models, and multi-stakeholder initiatives in areas such as diagnostics, oncology, and infectious diseases. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with organizations including Roche Diagnostics, public institutions, and international partners, contributing to projects that combine healthcare innovation with scalable business opportunities. 

She is also part of the EIT Health Experts Network, where she contributes to initiatives supporting innovation, investment readiness, and cross-border collaboration. Through this engagement, she actively explores opportunities to connect Western Balkans companies with European ecosystems, including partnerships, funding pathways, and expansion opportunities. 

Dora brings a strong commercial and strategic mindset, with a focus on identifying high-potential collaborations, facilitating partnerships, and supporting companies in scaling across markets.
