Erzan Sejdiu
Erzan is a business development and international trade professional focused on creating strong, practical connections between the European Union and the Western Balkans. His work is centered on enabling companies to expand across borders, build reliable partnerships, and navigate new markets with clarity and confidence.
As the Founder & Director of Import Operations at KosImport Consulting, he leads a company dedicated to facilitating market entry and trade operations in Kosovo and the wider region. Through this role, he works closely with international clients to design and execute import strategies, manage regulatory and logistical complexities, and build efficient supply chains. Beyond advisory, he is directly involved in structuring partnerships, negotiating with stakeholders, and ensuring that businesses can successfully establish and scale their presence in the market.
In parallel, Erzan serves as General Manager at Vetalgo, where he contributes to the company’s strategic growth and regional expansion. My role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing high level partnerships, and aligning cross functional teams to deliver scalable results. He actively engages with international partners and stakeholders, translating market insights into concrete initiatives that drive both revenue and long term positioning.
Across all his roles, he leverages an extensive network of trusted business relationships across Kosovo, the Western Balkans, and Türkiye, allowing him to create tangible opportunities and drive cross-border cooperation.
