Ralf Gjoni
Ralf Gjoni is Managing Partner of Global Pro Group, an Anglo-Albanian firm based in Tirana providing recruitment, talent acquisition, visa and mobility services to international companies and individuals engaged across the Western Balkans, including support with UK, Schengen, and broader travel and relocation assistance.
Ralf brings over 20 years of experience in public affairs, international relations and strategic communications, with extensive professional engagement across Brussels, London, Berlin, Paris, Rome and Washington DC. He previously served as a Member of the Albanian Parliament until 2021, including as Vice-Chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee. Earlier, he served as Chief Foreign Policy Adviser to the Speaker of Parliament and as Spokesperson and Director of Communications at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Albania.
Before his political engagement, Ralf worked for Weber Shandwick Public Affairs in London. He holds an MA in International Relations (with Distinction) from King’s College London and a BA (Hons) in Music from Anglia Polytechnic University, and speaks English, Albanian, French, Italian and Spanish.
