Zlatko Berbić is a Bosnian entrepreneur, media founder and senior executive with more than four decades of experience in entrepreneurship, communication systems and cross-sector initiatives. He is the founder and director of Radio Kameleon, one of the first independent radio stations in the region, which has grown into a multimedia platform connecting radio, digital media and public campaigns with a broad audience across Bosnia and Herzegovina.
He is also the founder of Colosseum Marketing Agency, where he has led integrated communication strategies, branding initiatives and public campaigns for more than 150 clients and over 500 brands. Through his work he has contributed to the development of modern communication models that combine media, business development and public engagement.
Throughout his career he has initiated and coordinated numerous cultural, humanitarian and civic initiatives, often implemented in partnership with international organisations and institutions. His work consistently connects entrepreneurship, media development, culture and civil society, creating platforms that encourage cooperation, innovation and regional dialogue.
Berbić has also held a number of institutional and public leadership roles, including President of the Cycling Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, founder and first President of Rotary Club Tuzla ’99, and Vice President within the International Advertising Association framework.
In addition to media and entrepreneurship, he has led and supported large-scale public initiatives that connect business, innovation and society, including projects such as BH Engineering Week and other platforms that promote knowledge exchange, youth engagement and regional cooperation.
