He holds a master’s degree in Islamic Economics, Finance, and Banking from ‘INCEIF University’ in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, an institution established by the Central Bank of Malaysia. Additionally, he is a certified International Microfinance Expert, having completed his specialization at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management in Germany.

Mr. Zeqiri’s professional development is further bolstered by international specialized trainings in management development programme, administration, human resources, “train-the-trainer” project proposal writing, human rights, etc. A recognized thought leader, he has served as a keynote speaker at several international microfinance conferences and has published articles on global microfinance platforms.

Beyond finance, Mr. Zeqiri spent 17 years (2000–2017) in the charity sector, serving as the Country Director for Kosovo for a prominent international organization headquartered in Birmingham, UK.

For over three decades, he has dedicated his intellectual potential and volunteer efforts to civil society, advocating for social welfare and community support.

His expertise in modern management is backed by a Leadership Certification from the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) in London, alongside advanced competencies in Neuro-Leadership and Emotional Intelligence from the Academy of Leadership Sciences Switzerland (ALSS).

In 2022, he founded the Foundation for Leadership and Personal Advancement, where he provides lectures, professional consultancy, and training for individuals and corporate leaders. He is also a prolific contributor to Kosovar media, having published dozens of articles focused on motivation, professional guidance, emotional intelligence, leadership, etc.
