She has held senior leadership roles in both the private and non-profit sectors, as well as worked with international organizations.  Her deep expertise in Human Resources includes two decades of success in both operational and strategic implementation of HRM systems and talent management consulting within Fortune 500 companies, as well as leading international and regional organizations.

Mersiha Mima currently serves as the CEO of Alma Career BH, overseeing MojPosao.ba recruitment agency, the leading employment platform in Bosnia and Herzegovina. She also contributes to the Alma Career South management team, supporting operations across Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, and North Macedonia.

Throughout her career, she has been deeply involved in regional and international markets, particularly across Central and Eastern Europe, gaining strong expertise in cross-border talent mobility, market expansion, and workforce solutions. She has also led and contributed to a wide range of complex development projects aimed at strengthening industries, advancing labor markets, and increasing employability, particularly for youth and underrepresented groups – while supporting the growth of sustainable business and startup ecosystems.
