Gerti Boshnjaku is a marketing strategist, media entrepreneur, and ecosystem builder, currently serving as CEO & Founder of New Media Group, a PR and Marketing Communications company known for its innovative approach to media, public relations, and technology. With more than 23 years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry, Gerti has led and managed complex communication projects for a wide range of national and international clients.
His work covers strategic planning, marketing consultancy, brand identity, PR and media relations, business development, project management, and innovation-driven communication, across sectors such as real estate, finance, consumer goods, healthcare, education, manufacturing, retail, and tourism.
In 2015, he launched Business Magazine Albania, the first online media platform in Albanian focused on startups, entrepreneurship, and innovation, playing a key role in shaping public discourse around the startup ecosystem in Albania and the Western Balkans.
Deeply engaged in the innovation scene, Gerti has acted as an innovation consultant, mentor, and community builder. In 2016, he led Startup Grind Tirana as Chapter Director, part of the global Startup Grind community dedicated to educating, inspiring, and connecting entrepreneurs worldwide.
Since October 2016, he has been the host and organizer of AllWeb Digital Conference, an annual event that brings together industry leaders, C-level executives, innovators, marketers, entrepreneurs, and communication professionals.
In 2021, driven by his commitment to ecosystem development, he initiated AlbaniaTech, a platform designed to unite and activate all key players in Albania’s innovation ecosystem and promote the country’s innovation landscape internationally.
Since 2023, through his company, Gerti is also a co-organizer of Future2Tech, the Technology, Innovation & Education Trade Fair — a space where innovation meets opportunity, collaboration, and growth.
