Elizabeta Pantić

Under her leadership, Vivex Group successfully reorganized its business operations, strengthened its market position in Serbia and the wider Balkan region, and initiated expansion into international markets. Elizabeta has played a key role in defining and executing growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives, combining deep market insight with a strong understanding of finance, sales, and marketing operations.

Prior to joining Vivex Group, Elizabeta built her professional career within major international banking groups, including Credit Agricole Serbia (part of the Credit Agricole Group) and Eurobank AD Serbia (part of Eurobank Ergasias Services and Holdings S.A.). Throughout her banking career, she focused on developing long-term client relationships and supporting business growth through foreign exchange operations, corporate agency services, financial advisory, and lending to both large public companies and small and medium-sized enterprises.

With more than eight years of specialized experience in cash deposit machines and related software solutions, Elizabeta has made a significant contribution to the implementation of cash deposit systems across numerous banks in the region. She also played an important role in achieving the first certifications of Cash Deposit Machines and Teller Assistant Machines by Central Banks in the Western Balkans, working closely with key stakeholders and regulatory authorities.

Elizabeta holds a degree from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade. She is a certified securities broker, licensed accountant, and certified NLP practitioner. She has a strong interest in digital transformation in the banking industry and regularly speaks at leading regional conferences, including Technobank, Adria Summit, and FMCG Summit.

She believes that strong leadership and sustainable business growth begin with mindset—because the quality of one’s thoughts shapes the quality of both life and work.
