Dr. Bilal Kola is the President of the EU-Western Balkans Business Council (EUWBBC) and Co-Founder & CEO of FocalPoint Brian Tracy – Western Balkans, representing one of the world’s leading business coaching organizations across six Western Balkan countries.

Dr. Bilal Kola is a distinguished professional and entrepreneur with a robust academic background and a stellar 25-year career in law, business, leadership and professional development. Bilal was born and lived for 18 years in dire circumstances in an Albanian communist concentration camp, where he was deprived of all minimalist liberties. After the communist dictatorship collapsed, he began his immense transformational journey with the successful completion of his Bachelor of Law studies at London South Bank University, followed by a Master’s Degree in International Business Law at London Metropolitan University. Bilal’s commitment to academic excellence culminated in the attainment of a Doctorate (PhD) in Strategic Leadership from International University Montgomery, USA (Vienna Campus).

Throughout his career, Bilal has held key roles that showcase his expertise and leadership. He practiced law in Great Britain with the esteemed law firm “Wilford Monro Solicitors” before taking on the pivotal position of Chief Coordinator for the Alignment of Albanian Legislation with that of the EU. As the Legal Director of the concessionary company TIA (Tirana airport), Bilal demonstrated his prowess in navigating complex legal and business landscapes. In 2009, Bilal founded and run his Law Firm until 2023, focusing on providing strategic assistance to international corporate clients. His dedication to sharing knowledge is evident through his involvement in the “Training the Trainers” program, where he trained the public administration on EU legislation. Bilal also served as the Executive Director of the “Corporate Governance Institute” and holds a Board membership in the Albanian-British Chamber of Commerce. Furthermore, he is an active member of the International Business Lawyers Association in London. Bilal’s influence extends to academia, where he has contributed as an external Professor in Business Law at the European University of Tirana and the International University Montgomery, USA (Vienna Campus).

Currently serving as the CEO & Co-Founder of Focal Point Brian Tracy for the six countries in the Western Balkan, Bilal continues to shape and drive positive change in the region. A multifaceted professional and entrepreneur, Bilal is also an accomplished author in the personal/professional development genre. His book, “12 MINDSETS To Improve Life Radically”, has earned bestseller status on both Amazon.com and Amazon.fr. Since June 2023, as a sought-after keynote speaker, Bilal has shared his insights in various personal and professional development events held in Tirana, Pristina, Amsterdam, Dubai, London, Bucharest and he was a speaker at TEDx talk in New York City.

In addition to his diverse accomplishments, Bilal is an ICF certified executive & entrepreneur coach and a certified Focal Point Brian Tracy business coach. Through trainings, coaching and keynote speaking he empowers managers, “C” level executives, and entrepreneurs in the UAE and the Western Balkan region to achieve optimal results in both their professional and personal endeavors.
