Altin Sholla
Altin Sholla, PhD is a senior executive and leadership professor with 20 years of experience across business and academia, specializing in governance, strategy, and organizational leadership. He holds a PhD in Strategic Management and currently serves as the Administrator of Tirana Business University, where he leads institutional strategy, governance frameworks, and organizational performance.
He has held senior roles in the corporate and financial sectors and serves on several boards as a member and advisor, contributing to strategy, risk oversight, governance, and leadership development in complex, high-pressure environments. He is also a Professor of Leadership and Strategic Management with long-standing experience in executive and graduate education.
Altin Sholla is the author of Motion Leadership™ and the founder of Trail Running Albania, organizing multiple annual trail running events. A marathon runner, he applies endurance sport as a practical lens for leadership, resilience, and sustained performance.
