Aida Terzić is a prominent business leader with extensive experience in tourism, hospitality, and strategic development in Southeast Europe. She is the Chief Executive Officer of Pino Nature Hotel, one of the most awarded and internationally recognized hospitality projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and plays a key role in advancing high-end tourism in the region.
Born in 1982 in Sarajevo, Aida began her education locally before continuing in Australia, where she completed her primary education and part of her secondary schooling at Lyndale Secondary College. She later returned to Sarajevo and earned her undergraduate degree in Economics at the Faculty of Economics, University of Sarajevo. She further distinguished herself by completing two master’s degrees simultaneously—a Master of Economic Sciences from the same faculty and an MBA from the Scuola di Amministrazione Aziendale, University of Turin.
With over 25 years of experience, Aida has been deeply involved in the development of Relax Tours, the first private travel agency in Bosnia and Herzegovina, founded by her family in 1988. She has also led the development of Pino Nature Hotel on Mount Trebević, transforming it into a regional landmark known for its innovative concept and international standards. Under her leadership, the hotel has received numerous prestigious awards and became the first fully halal-certified hotel in the country.
In recognition of her leadership, Aida has received several notable awards, including the Business Elite Awards (2021), Business Woman Award (2023), and LADIES IN Woman of the Year in Business Management (2023). Additionally, Pino Nature Hotel became the first hotel in Bosnia and Herzegovina to join the Best Western Premier Collection, further strengthening its global presence.
