With over 25 years of experience, including more than a decade in leading banking institutions, she has held senior roles across credit risk management, portfolio oversight, loan structuring, and financial analysis, contributing to complex financial decision-making and institutional stability.

Her expertise spans financial modeling, due diligence, risk assessment, and investment structuring, with a strong focus on supporting sustainable growth, ESG-aligned investments, and value creation in emerging markets. She has extensive experience working with management boards, regulators, and international stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks while delivering strategic insights and high- quality analytical reporting.

In addition to her banking background, she is actively engaged in business development and advisory through her consulting practice, supporting startups, SMEs, and investment initiatives. She holds a Master’s degree in Management (Banking and Insurance) from the University of Sarajevo and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting and Auditing from the University of Mostar, and operates fluently in complex financial and institutional environments.
