Nedžad Pirić

As Senior Program Digitalization Expert at RINA Consulting, Dr. Pirić leads digitalization initiatives under the EU/EBRD-funded Go Digital Program in Bosnia and Herzegovina, supporting micro, small and medium-sized enterprises across the Western Balkans in the areas of automation, competitiveness, and green technologies.

His professional background spans digital transformation, smart cities, investment facilitation, and cross-border economic cooperation. He has contributed to several USAID-funded projects through Tetra Tech, developing digitalization strategies and frameworks for local government units across Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Dr. Pirić holds leadership and advisory positions in international organizations, including:

  • Member of the Advisory Board, Sanford Royce
  • Associate Consultant, Amnick Social Enterprise
  • Digital Transformation Director & Smart Cities Director, EU Tech Chamber (EUTECH)

Earlier in his career, he served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Tuzla International Airport, Member of the Board at the Cantonal Privatization Agency, and HR Manager at Kellogg Brown & Root Inc. in Iraq, managing HR operations for a project supporting over 6,000 employees.

He is also a Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tuzla, where he covers Digital Economy, MIS, Digital Business Communications, and E-Commerce.

Dr. Pirić holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Business, an MBA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing — all from the Faculty of Economics in Tuzla. He is fluent in English (C2 level) and is recognized for his expertise at the intersection of policy, business, and technology.
