Goran Valka is Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina-based senior executive specialized in renewable energy, energy transition, EU-funded projects, and strategic governance within regulated sectors. He has held top executive and board-level roles, leading organizational strategy, investment development, corporate growth, and multidisciplinary teams across complex energy and institutional environments.
His expertise spans strategic management, international project development, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination, with a strong focus on renewable energy systems, project financing, and sustainable market expansion. He has extensive experience working at the intersection of the private sector, public institutions, and international frameworks, contributing to high-level decision-making, policy alignment, and institutional oversight.
He holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications from the University of Sarajevo, Faculty of Political Sciences, and operates fluently in international and policy-driven environments.
